How Does Multi-Author Elite Work?

These are the actual steps we take to publish your author collaboration book.

1. Meet Your Book Leader & Publishing Director

You will be guided through the publishing process from start to finish by your Book Leader (and Publishing Director) who will be your main point of contact throughout this whole experience. You can’t go wrong with this program! In most cases your Book Leader has chosen you for their particular title and your Publishing Coordinator is very knowledgeable about book publishing on Amazon and can answer any questions you may have during your time together.

2. Chapter Evaluation

Your chapter will be evaluated according to the needs of the entire book. The overall chapter will receive comprehensive word-by-word mechanical editing. Your story chapter evaluation will also cover technical consistency, word choice, and syntax inspection. We want to be sure that your chapter evaluation provides you with information detailing all problems or areas of concern, with expert recommendations for how to improve.


After reviewing the recommendations from our editorial team, you’ll work with your Publishing Director to decide any additional editing you want to complete before moving forward. Your first round of edits are free and included in the enrollment fee. You may have line-by-line editing which covers tone, style, voice maintenance, and flow enhancement at an additional cost.

3. cover Design

They say to never judge a book by it's cover, and unfortunately everyone does! As a contributing author you can rest assure that you will have a professional and "eye-catchy" cover design that will stand out.


The cover design starts with a zoom meeting between your Book Leader and our design team to discuss the overall design of the book cover. Our design team will research the genre and then create a serious of mockup designs for the Book Leader to evaluate. These mockups are the initial concepts so that we can make sure we are moving in the right direction.


Once the Book Leader and Publishing Director agrees on a cover design from the initial mockups we go to work to make the cover perfect and attractive for the right audience and genre. Once the book cover has been agreed upon, our team will then create the spine, back cover which will include all author names, and book description. 3D mockups will also be created for you to use on your socials to let your network know that you will be sharing a chapter for the book title and will become an Amazon bestselling author.

4. Proofreading & Quality Assurance

Each author will have a personal round of edits for their chapter. This is included in the enrollment fee. Once all of the chapters are in from all contributing authors (for the final submission), it is now time for the final round of proofreading before publication.


Proofreading is a necessary final step of our book editorial process. We will not publish the book without first sending it through our proofreading service. The role here is more about Quality Assurance and making sure the entire manuscript (all contributing author chapters) is ready to go. During this process we will bring a fresh set of eyes to read the work and lookout for errors such as misspellings, grammar issues, capitalization, verb tense, and punctuation.

5. The Publishing & Distribution Process

During this phase your Book Leader (and/or Publishing Director) will help to determine the best retail outlets and overall book goals. Our team will find the best options to take the your multi-author book worldwide and into the hands of as many readers as possible. We will also handle account creations and preparation for international launch. We'll even guide you on how to setup your personal Amazon Author account. Your chapter and book will be distributed to Amazon, Barns & Noble, Books-A-Million, Walmart, and more!

6. Book Launch, Marketing, & Promotion

We have a proven strategy for getting Multi-Author books to hit the Amazon Bestseller list.


We will prepare for your book launch by drafting emails to send to your contacts, designing graphics to share on social media and preparing a podcast episode with you and your book during the "Author Chat " on our recorded Podcast Show.


After the book launches, we’ll launch a strategic pricing campaign on Amazon to get early sales. Once we do that, we’ll coordinate a review campaign to get early reviews for the multi-author book. Seven Moon Publishing will launch an email campaign to your contacts, release the book on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, promote your book on social media, promote your book with your author blog and social media, release the book for pre-order on our website (or a dedicated book website if applicable), create an author page on our website, promote the book on social news sites like Fox News, feature the book in Times Square, and release your Author Chat podcast interview.


Our goal for this first week is to finish the book launch hitting the Amazon bestseller list and positioning you as a successful bestselling author. From there, we'll work to build your profile through reviews and media, and continue building until your book gets into full distribution for the printed version via online bookstores like Amazon, Barns & Noble, Books-A-Million, and Walmart, plus libraries, bookstores, and novelty retailers.

  • What's the investment for this publishing service?

    Your investment as a contributing author in one of our multi-author book titles will vary by title but is typically only 3 easy payments of $800 per month or $1,999 one-time.


    For VIP contributing authors it's only 3 easy payments of $1,200 per month or $2,999 one-time. 


    For our Sponsor Package, the investment cost is $1,999 one-time or 3 easy payments of $800 per month.

  • Do you provide professional editing for my chapter?

    Yes, the editor will copyedit your chapter submission and send it back to you for review and updating. We will also assist you in writing your chapter in the most impactful way possible. 

  • Where will the printed version of the multi-author book be distributed?

    It will be published on Amazon and distributed to Barns & Noble, Books-A-Million, Walmart, and Powell's Books, plus libraries, bookstores, and novelty retailers. Visit our book distribution page to see the full list. 

  • In what formats will the collaboration book come in?

    The book formats will be Paperback, Hardcover, and Kindle versions.


  • What if I have changes I want to make to my chapter? Can I resubmit it?

    No. You may only submit your chapter one time for this program opportunity. This policy is strictly enforced to keep on schedule and the process running smoothly. 


    Be absolutely certain that your chapter is 100% complete before submitting it for publishing. You will have one final opportunity to check for misspellings and typos when the editor returns your manuscript back to you for review and updating. We'll also do a final round of proof reading. But you can't resubmit your chapter after you have submitted it for publishing.  

  • how long does it actually take to see the book go live on amazon?

    This entire process will take 6-9 months. Once we have all of the chapters for publication and distribution the timeframe to go live will be 60-90 days after final submissions are turned in. 

  • Are there any refunds after enrollment?

    No refunds. All sales are final. We have a satisfaction guarantee policy! 

  • Will i receive any book royalties?

    Seven Moon Publishing has decided to donate a percentage of royalties to charities, because of the number of contributing authors and the low royalty rate.
